Pat brings over 11 years of hands-on construction experience across both residential and commercial projects, backed by a strong foundation in engineering and real estate. He holds a degree in Engineering and Management and spent 9.5 years in the engineering field before transitioning full-time into construction.
As a licensed general contractor and licensed lead abatement contractor, Pat approaches each job with a detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset. His engineering background allows him to plan, execute, and manage projects efficiently while helping clients avoid costly mistakes and get the most out of their investment.
Since becoming a real estate professional in 2015, Pat has gained extensive experience working with investment properties, renovations, and long-term property maintenance. This background gives him a practical understanding of how construction decisions impact durability, functionality, and overall value insight he brings to every project.
When he’s not on the jobsite, Pat jokes that his “hobbies” consist of tackling the ever-growing list of home projects his wife, Tiffany, has lined up, proving that for him, construction isn’t just a career, it’s a full-time lifestyle. He is a proud husband and father to their son.
Michael Haller
Mike brings over 12 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, with a strong background working alongside real estate investors and contributing to high-volume renovation projects. His work has supported property transformations tied to over $50 million in sales in recent years, giving him a sharp eye for both quality craftsmanship and market appeal.
In addition to construction, Mike pursued his passion for the culinary arts and earned a culinary degree, an experience that now sets him apart when designing functional, chef-inspired kitchens. He understands how to blend aesthetics with real-world usability.
Mike is married to his wife Ellie and is a proud father to their son. While construction is his true passion, he still enjoys cooking for the family whenever he can often bringing the same creativity and attention to detail from the kitchen into his project designs.
Brett Krzeminski
With 11 years of experience in construction, Brett specializes in tile and flooring , delivering precision and durability on every project. He has extensive experience working on both new construction and older homes, adapting his approach to meet the unique challenges each project presents.
Over the years, Brett has installed thousands of square feet of flooring and tile for respected home builders and residential projects, earning a reputation for high-quality workmanship and attention to detail. His expertise ensures that every finish not only looks great but stands the test of time.
Brett takes pride in the details most people overlook and he’s the type who will notice if a line is off by even a fraction, whether he’s on the job or just walking through a space.
